Exercises to Firm Your
Breasts

lightweights for this exercise. Lie down on your
back with your arms stretched out to the sides
of your body. Holding the weights, lift both

10 - 15 times.
Altered Push-Ups
Get down on your knees,
extend your arms out towards the sides of your
body and do 10 – 20 push-ups in this position.
Keep the push-up angle so that it works on the
sides of your arms that meet the breasts, while
at the same time squeezes your pectoral muscle
each time you repeat the exercise.
Pectoral Squeeze
Extend your left arm in front
of your body and keep it at a ninety-degree
angle to your stomach. With your right arm,
squeeze the left arm towards your chest, making
the muscles on the side of your breast
(pectoral) work. Repeat on the other arm, Switch
back and forth to repeat 10 times on each side.
Stationary Exercise
Getting some exercise is
quite an accomplishment if you are seated at a
desk all day long. Pushing in a few pectoral
muscle toners at office can be done discreetly
and when you wish with the following. Just
squeeze both of your arms into the sides of the
breasts, until you feel the gentle contractions
of the pectoral muscles. That's it.
Making the largest muscle in
the chest, pectoralis major, work hard is
